Yeah, they didn't screened the checked bag. Japanese screeners could not understand how to got a suspicious bags but, they didn't have a false alarm. That's why they had no baggage screening experienced. They didn't have meet a qualification. They did not have a properly to screened the checked bag. They didn't have a right thing. They didn't notify the police immediately.
