Hi,

I think you will need to take the inter-terminal train from T5 to T3 at ORD.

At ORD after clearing customs and immigration you will not be able to use the ORD T5 BA F lounge as it is airside and you do not have a T5 bp.

At T3 as a BA Gold card holder you can use the AA Admirals Clun ( with showers) and the AA Flagship lounge ( probably quieter with better food and drink)
