I will get in the shower w/ the clothes on, let the water take away some/much of the sweat, finish shower, rinse/wring out the excess water and let air dry. If packing up that morning, grab the dry cleaning bag and pack/wrap the clothes in that and pack in the suitcase. When getting home, I get them out of the suitcase asap and into the washer.
