Sounds like an acceptable ending. But I do hate when hotels/airlines are offering "champagne", if it is not the real deal. Nothing wrong with the sparkling or cava, but I just find it cheap trying to "sell" it as champagne.
I suspect an average guest has rather vague understanding of what prosecco is but they universally recognize anything with bubbles and alcohol as Champaign
