You can get both a personal and a business AMEX card. However unless you plan on spending a lot of money on them you're still going to be 10K MQMs short.
DL MIGHT offer MQMs for purchase near the end of the year and if they do and it's worth it to you you could buy them. Otherwise you're going to need to fly. Start pricing out mileage runs.
