I've never run into this and its actually happening on my Honeymoon?

I've got over 125days this year, so I'm a PLAT, I've got an Ambassador, yada yada yada so I'm a cash cow for SPG.

Anyways I've had a reservation open for months for at the Westin Dublin 10/25/12 - 10/27/12, and as things go my flights changed and now I need to make it 10/24/12 -10/27/12 and I'm told NO AVAILABILITY.

Even my ambassador reached out to them directly and they told her no?

The only option my ambassador has offered is to book me at the Hilton on the 10/24?

That doesn't work for us, if we have to do to the Hilton for 1 night we will go for all 3 days.

I'm asking what happened to "Plat guaranteed availability"

I'm just asking for a 1 day extension on an existing reservation?


any thoughts, help?
