Does anyone have a recent update on exec lounge status for either of these 2 properties?

Here's what's in the exec lounge sticky:

* San Juan / La Concha Renaissance San Juan Resort / Lounge is closed on weekends (but open Friday night for snacks). Supposedly 1 continental breakfast per room on weekends provided. However, on my stay they were all over the place with this one, so I can't comment as to what you'll actually get; 08/29/12 update
* San Juan / San Juan Marriott & Stellaris Casino Hotel and Resort / CLOSED; key accessible for coffee/tea; free wifi & i-net terminal; 08/17/11 update

If you've had a recent experience at either and can provide an update, much appreciated.
