OP - if you want a window, avoid row 21, which doesn't have one. Otherwise, all the E+ seats in a 744 are pretty much the same. I tent to avoid first row (19) since people often try to cross the cabin here, and last row (25) due to its proximity to the lav (line-ups and they sometimes smell) but the seats are pretty much the same.
