SEA-MCI Dreamliner MR, ~$260 ai
You can catch the 787 both ways on a G fare SEA-MCI:
eg MCI-IAH-SFO-SEA Dec 1
eg SEA-SFO-IAH-MCI Dec 5 overnight

Total is ~$260 roundtrip, a bit less if midweek.
