I received an offer to upgrade Dulles to Paris from PV fare class W for 199 Euros. Same pattern: an e-mail followed by a phone call with an actual AF employee, as opposed to DL agents answering the AF phone line. He had to take all of my credit card information seperately, he could not just collect additional revenue on the original ticket, which was odd and made me wonder a moment if it was an Internet scam. But it was all legitimate, Affaires nice on the 380 but no diff IMHO than other AF planes (except whisper quiet on that upper deck). I am wondering if these are offers allowed to be made by the various regional sales groups?
