I (and others) have been having problems with the on-line tool - especially with ex-KRT itineraries

So a couple of questions for you, if you don't mind that is:
  • by 'just able to book' what do you mean - today, last week, last month or what?
  • did you do the whole booking using the online tool?
  • right through to successful payment by credit card?
  • using a card with a US billing address?
