I have a one-way F award ticket from ICN to ORD in Jan. At first, I tried finding a route with LH but was discouraged to learn that they only release inventory at the last minute. I personally like the NH F better than the LH F. On LH you still have a good chance to end up in one of their older seats.
If you like japanese food, NH is better (in F), western food is better on LH.
Service is better on LH.
The F-Lounges and the FCT in FRA are significantly better than the NH F lounge (it is actually a bit of a joke with very mediocre food offerings).
I would stay with NH.
