The seat itself is the same as any other window seat as far as I could tell, but with fewer windows. Also, it is the seat closest to the lavatory, but you're far enough away from the door that I don't think it's a major issue. I'd be more concerned about 1K since it's closest to the lounge.
From everything I've looked at online, there is no bathroom near 1A - there's only one at the rear of first class. Here's the resources I used to verify there's no bathroom there:
