Call Aeroplan and have the agent put in the request for you. I received the same nonsense with a T fare which is listed as a valid fare class. Unfortunately this is not AE but UA causing the problem. Most of the time it occurs with their regional carriers. Yes, I did that this morning. They said that it may take up to 10 weeks, so it may not be wise to rely on them for qualifying since that would take us to December. But the agents agreed that the flights should have been credited. We'll see what happens.
