sorry but disagree. where does SWISS service starts and where does it and? It is not only the flight itself and all service around. Otherwise half of the trip from booking to arrival is not SWISS - all outsourced in some kind. If you outsource or others handle for you it is still SWISS who needs to address it with their partners.
