It is sad that Delta service is this bad in a premium class. While there may be some nice crews at times with products and service like this it is no wonder Delta can't compete against world class premium airlines. Hopefully they will get F class someday to help differentiate premium services as their premium class meal service sounds like E+ on other airlines.
