This is the case for the check-in machines, but the transfer ones are slightly different. The AF ones in CDG and KLM ones at AMS do not let me reprint a BP any more when I leave the lounge, say a half hour before departure. Instead it prints a confirmation of some sorts.
This used to be different as I used to always get a 'fresh' BP upon leaving the lounge. But it seems to not work anymore. At least not for me..
