Hey I just went to the Clipper lounge in August. The Business Class section is ok. No showers. At night it would be pretty crowded (at around 11-12). But it is comfortable and much better than waiting out in the open. So I suggest you take a late shower from your hotel and just grab something to eat and relax at the lounge.
