The Korean website has a direct link on the side of the page where one can just book flights using miles, but on the English one its completely different and or practically non-existent.
From my understanding, you need to download a form, fill in then either fax or post or bring it to the office something like that.

I don't think you can book a reward ticket through their website. Please correct me if I am wrong, cos I will need to use a 50% discount voucher I received becoming a diamond.
