It looks like you'll be working close to Line 11, correct? If so, then I recommend that you try to get a place near the Jiangsu Rd Station. Wal Mart isn't all that great IMO, but Carrefour and Metro are quite nice. In general, the further west you go, the more opportunities you'll have for doing outdoor type activities.
