As far as I am concerned it is means a flight like my last ATL-JFK segment. The plane was configured for international flights and the seating was BE. The service, however, was like normal FC.
I was under the impression that "BusinessElite light," as used here, referred to late night departures with abbreviated meal service (i.e., all courses served at once on a single tray).
