Korean websites are generally bad. It always puzzles me how you can be 10 years ahead of Europe in internet infrastructure and 10 years behind in content (I'm exaggerating a little both ways, of course, but not by that much).
KE somehow manages to suck a lot less, but still hardly award winning quality.
In another thread, someone mentioned that the generally low quality of Korean websites and preference for IE was due to gov't regulation. If that is so, I hope someone up there realizes that they're holding back the development of an entire sales sector.
