If you go through the Citi threads what people have found is if the thread works Citi honors the terms. In my case I found a old Forward thread with only a application page and people saying you could get 30,000 TYP's after $500 spend every 3 months. I got 10,000 after 3 months with spend and got the 2nd 10,000 also. Now I have 2 months to wait on the 3rd 3 month period. So if the application page works yes. If the application page doesn't work then it's dead.
