The more important question is whether someone who holds a Plat corporate card is actually allowed to book FHR rates in the first place.

If you're in the US, the easy way to check is to try to log in to the FHR booking website - it will either accept your card number to get in or it won't.

If you can book, any old Amex should be OK to pay the bill.
