The -200 has two dedicated at the front of the cabin and both are in the galley area, I think the rear of the cabin is much better, but I know that some people don't like change.
Managing W/T plus not using the club ones is an issue, that's why I make an annoucement on the -300 saying that unlike the smaller B777's the toilets are at the back of each cabin. Do people listen, no, even First customers still come to the front.
