I ordered Champagne, they served Prosecco
My folks are currently staying in a Fairmont hotel.

I ordered them a welcome amenity as a surprise which cost over US$100 - it was a bottle of House Champagne and some chocolate dipped strawberries.

I now find out that a bottle of Prosecco that retails for US$15 a bottle was delivered.

That's not really the Fairmont way, is it?
