I am planning to fly Royal Jordanian in Economy (between Bangkok and Hong Kong), so standard baggage allowance is one bag. However, I am OneWorld Sapphire with British Airways. I was hoping I get an extra piece of baggage (the clue for me was on Royal Jordanian's website was, where the put in brackets the equivalent OneWorld status:

Extra (free) baggage allowance for ROYAL PLUSSilver card Holder (Ruby): 10 KG
Gold card Holder (Sapphire): 25 KG
Platinum card Holder (Emerald): 32 KG

I am trying to get a definitive answer out of Royal Jordanian customer services before I book my flights but interesting to hear someone had experince of this last year.

Also, what other benefits would I be entitled to? Lounge access for myself and a guest perhaps? Thanks
