I had two sectors that were pending confirmation from Auckland to Hong Kong , Shanghai to Auckland
Both economy to business (RU and a pre 12 July standby)
On two calls to Aitnz they said they could not confirm but on the third call they said they could confirm one sector
They said they are constantly checking

The question I have is

Are they really constantly checking it or should we phone every few days to get a confirmation
The sixty four thousand dollar question is "would they have confirmed without my call?"
