From 11 January 2004, Airpoints will no longer be awarded on some of Thai Airways discounted Economy Class fares for flights between New Zealand and Australia.
Airpoints and Status Credits cannot be earned on Thai’s Trans-Tasman flights in discount economy booking classes Q, V, W, S, L, T, G and K from 11 Jan 04. Thai Airways Business Class fares and all other Economy Class fares on Tasman routes will continue to earn Airpoints as usual.
All other Thai routes are not affected and Airpoints and Status Credits will be awarded as usual.
Based on this should we quote our Thai air points instead of our Airnz then ?
Can you still use the lounges if you don't show your Airnz gold on your boarding pass ?
