Looking for a rewards credit card where the credit account is opened under one name, but the rewards are deposited to an additional cardholder's account, or possibly to a shared rewards program account.

For example, Person A opens a JW Hiltwood MasterVisa in their name, and Person B is placed on the account as an additional cardholder. But the 999,000-point signing bonus, monthly hotel point rewards, elite status, upgrade certificates, etc. all go to Person B. A variation would be that the rewards go into a joint rewards account that A & B both share (but they are not married, so it can't be based on a spousal relationship).

I used hotels as an example, but this could be an airline or generic points program.

Does anyone know of any card or rewards program that allows this?
