Recently completed a one night say and at 7k points a night now they really have to be top notch compared to other spg properties.

1. location isnt' great for me which is a knock
2. NO Orange Juice at all for breakfast without an upcharge! I don't recall this before. They didn't have an OJ dispenser with fresh juice as they have guava, apple, etc. ... is going on? I asked for OJ and the waitress said fresh orange juice is an extra charge!

This is a large downgrade for breakfast as this buffet is generally just a notch behind the PA buffet or so I thought. Anyone else notice this?

3. Checked in at 9 am and had to take a standard room.
4. Giving a small cake instead of the cappucino chocolate bar, which for me is more desireable.

5. Snacks at bamboo chic were better than i recall last time and constant replenishments were continual. Very good option here that many plats love I know. Waitress had fun coming up with non-alcoholic concoctions for me. I don't drink so it was fun to taste them.
