I have emailed BA and no response as yet. Flight is tomorrow.

I have printed the original email from BA which references the credit and will take with me tomorrow. May be a complete waste of time but you never know.

The problem is, I never fly with BA to use it and it seems to me that the BA.com fares are always higher than AA.com even when they are for exactly the same flights. (ie. same actual aircraft), not just schedules.
