bottom line it is a small separate room inside your room. It has an exhaust fan, toilet and shower. The shower will wet down the whole toilet room so is considered a wet bath. The sink for shaving and hand-washing etc is inside your room proper not in the bathroom. The walls are very thin so that any noise inside the toilet/shower room will probably be heard in your compartment
