There used to be a great girl at the Newcastle Lounge called Emma.

I sent a few welldone's to her but she said she never got them. Apparantly only the Station Manager and her p/t assistant are direct BA employees at NCL . She works for Servisair so I contacted them instead and she got some form of commendation Maybe find out who he/she works for?
