I agree, have either received op-ups or upgraded a transcon connecting to a YYZ-YQM for example. I have sat in J on the 705 quiet a few times, while there is no warm J meal like the E90/75's; there is no other real difference.
AFAIK the IAH sectors are the furthest they fly, and 4 hours in J versus 4 in Y, if you have the credits is a no brainer for me...
