I know this because I have operated this flight and the aircraft and crew have a much longer than normal turnaround on this particular service.
I think this is going away when the BMI timetable ends the end of October - the BA timetable has more normal 45m-1h turnarounds generally I think .. I guess the weird BMI scheduling to Dublin was for slot reasons, it was an innovation only as BMI was falling apart towards the end - previously they used to have a more normal schedule with ~45m turnarounds and departures spread more evenly throughout the day.
