Last I was in Dublin in August, EI landed at the posh new terminal while my BA (bmi) flight landed at the old terminal. This will undoubtedly add some time, unless BA has moved since then.

I think you will also need to clear immigration on arrival at Dublin as I can't recall seeing a transit track ever being in operation pre-immigration.

All in all, it's not the quickest spot for a quick turnaround so keep that in mind if travelling on two different tickets.
