That was the thing. Pretty busy, but he got on with it, and in a friendly way. Pretty sad that we notice more when someone is doing well as opposed to badly, isn't it?
Bad or non-existent service is the new normal in my experience unfortuntately and as a result we get wowed when someone does a good job. A sad sign of the times.
