4 villas are ready for owners' stays & another 5 should be available in a month. The last five by May.
Style is very different from phase 1 & 2 .
These new ones are past & up from the pool pavilions are more stone than wood , all ' huge ' as they " tower " with bedrooms on same level and with elevators in each villa ( perhaps more like a multi tiered Trisara ) . All with many bedrooms - 6 seems the norm!
I feel that they are built too close to each other. The views are towards Trisara which one can see
& of course the Laguna area.
