Not sure if this is elite-related, but arriving at SFO today I noticed for the first time there is some sort of security line located downstairs in the baggage claim area.

The only marking I saw was on the ceiling it said "Employees and Deliveries" but the folks in line looked like typical travelers with their rollaways, etc.

Anyone know what is the purpose of this line or it's usefulness to avoid lines elsewhere?
