It is, but this problem with the outsourced service in the F lounges (and to a lesser extent CCRs) goes back to the old days of T4 and T1.
I remember being amazed how hard it was to order anything from the menus in those F lounges... it was a shame to see that the same problem had simply migrated to T5.
The situation hasn't improved since 2008 as far as I can tell.
All in all it's better than being in an AF lounge (thanks to my Skyteam Platinum card which is the same as Gold with BA) at terminal 2F last weekend and finding that there is NOTHING to eat at all apart from crisps during most of the day. There was sandwiches menu but the lady apologetically told me they wouldn't be out until 7pm. It was 2pm and my flight left at 6pm!
