Generally most staff at MAN are lovely, but when things go wrong between you and a staff member, it tends to get quite nasty fairly quickly.

Example... following the incident above relating to the fast-track sticker, I made a complaint and was emailed an apology for the inconvenience, stating that a J/F boarding pass was sufficient to access Fast Track, although they would prefer passengers had stickers, if time.

The next time I was at that terminal, I tried again, and was met with the same response, despite showing the email. Once again, a supervisor was called, and I was let though (a good ten minutes later). These days, life's too short so I just go and get the damn sticker.

I suppose being more of a holiday than business airport, most passengers do visit a desk, so the place isn't really set up for the business traveller who arrives with a self-printed BP and hand baggage.

Anyway, few months ago, whilst collecting my Fast Track sticker with a mobile boarding pass, the agent had no idea where to stick it, so she put it on my old BA Gold card (still valid, but duplicated by my GGL one). This was rather useful as it meant never having to visit the desk. However today, the member of staff on Fast-Track spent 5 minutes fastidiously pulling it off leaving the lovely remnants on my old Gold card, before telling me "Fast track stickers are NEVER to be stuck on anything other than boarding cards".

Great airport but basically have no clue whatsoever how to treat premium or business passengers.
