I have a friend (no, really this is for a friend) who has a cousin who wants to give him his BMI miles (quite a lot of miles as I understand).

I was pretty sure raffles posted how this could be done, but I can't seem to find it.

Think it was something like, create a hha on bmi then transfer the miles to the head, can you do that on bmi?

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
