Currently sitting in F Lounge at LGW. Last minute thing, not expecting it and was grumpy when I got here.

There's a lounge host here who's buzzing around like a blue @rsed fly, to borrow a phrase from HRH DofE, making sure everyone is looked after. And he appears happy to do so (even got me a bacon roll, which was above and beyond at this time IMO!). Which made me realise things could be worse!

I'm guessing (but may be wrong) that he's not BA. If so, how do I get him recognised: not just the mechanics of what he's doing, but more his attitude?
