Just booked round-trip Delhi-DFW on AA miles.

Delhi-Brussels-Newark is on Jet airways, and Newark-DFW is on American. Same on the return leg.

I looked up on Jet airways website and was pleasantly surprised to see 2 bags check-in allowance for flights to Newark. Can someone confirms pls?

Also if the above is true meaning 2 bags check-in allowance from Delhi-Newark, then will American charge extra for the 1 bag when we'll have to do the customs checkout of the bags in Newark and check-in the bags for Newark-DFW?

Same question for the return flight.
