Missing Reservation
I have a one-way reservation for Feb, booked using AA.com, and shows up on AA.com. However, when I login on my android device, the rez does not show up. I can pull it up with the PNR, but it won't stick to my reservation list on the android.
The outbound is on AS and HA. I called to get the PNRs for each of the airlines and have been able to get a seat assignment on AS, I had to call HA to get a seat assignment on HA. AS shows assigned seat, but HA still shows unassigned.
I contacted AA Web Services and using my account they have duplicated the problem but have no solution. Just curious has anyone else run into this same problem?
