I will be buying some amazon.com gift certificates to help meet spend on one of my credit cards. While I do spend money on amazon and can deplete my balance that way, I was wondering if I can buy Vanilla debit cards or AMEX gift cards on amazon, or if there might be other "quick turn-around" items I can purchase.
