You will not get any tag for flying 10 segments with lufthansa or one of the partners.
You will receive them between 2 and 4 weeks afte completing the 30th segment with one of the star alliance members.
I am an FTL and to be honest with you, SEN is the way to be as apart from extra kilos, business class check in and lounge access you don't get a lot more...
Just bear in mind that the lounges (the big ones) Zurich, Munich and Fra are quite similar to abig canteen.... better than sitting in starbucks and paying for wifi and coffee thought !
