I just booked a CGN-ZRH roundtrip for 10,000 miles (on 4U) and am well pleased. I think it was a pretty good deal and the taxes are reasonably low. So, some of these short haul redemptions can be a good schnäppchen, as they say!

Only comments: remember that you cannot directly access the booking of germanwings flights through your M&M account as such; you have to go to the mileage bargains page and click through the link provided there, and that will take you to the special germanwings page. Open jaws are not possible, unfortunately, unlike on the normal M&M website.

Only questions: how do I import the booking into my M&M lounge? I suspect that one cannot do so because it is a germanwings booking, just like you can't seem to insert SWISS revenue bookings there. Does 4U have a ticket stock number as such?
