This happened to me twice - once on the very same route. I also saw it more than once long time ago that Circle members were upgraded to F onboard, as a gesture for the best customers.

I think it shows rather the remains of LX's autonomy than a general improvement of HON services. I also don't think that LX is too happy with the 09/12-enfranzements, as they have to justify these changes towards their customers in Switzerland.
